We got in a little shopping prior to leaving Santa Fe. We drove south following the Rio Grande. Heading for Clovis we visited the famous Black Water Draw paleoindian archaeological site and then circled south of Clovis hitting the highway in Texas at Muleshoe a little north and west of Lubbock.
